Just a couple of recent pics from the mattlife.
Some of these I shot in raw and used Microsoft’s RAW thumbnailer/preview tool to export the jpegs… and i think that tool sortof does a terrible job of adjusting white balance and such… I need a better (free) program for that sort of thing. Perhaps GIMP.

Haha no… Unfortunately I’ve yet to set foot on that continent. We just have a nice zoo. Maybe I can get an I Heart Heart Elephant Elephant shirt made?
I use gimp to export raw to jpg. works well, much better than my nikon d80′s built in jpg compression. i forget exactly what i had to do to get it to open raw files though, some plugin or another, but it was a pretty easy google search solution.
